Agent Studio website owners whose Subscription includes our CRM tool can easily save contacts to their Agent Studio Marketing Center accounts right from their website's Control Panel.
TO ADD NEW CONTACTS USING CRM TOOL:
- Log into your Agent Studio website's Control Panel.
- Click on the TOOLS tab from the Control Panel menu.
- Then click on the CRM tab from the side menu.
- Locate and click the NEW CONTACT button.
- Create a new business contact by completing the form provided.
- Locate the checkbox labeled ADD CONTACT TO MY MARKETING CENTER - check the box to automatically save the contact to your Agent Studio Marketing Center account.
- Click the SAVE CONTACT button to save the business profile to your website and automatically save the contact to your Agent Studio Marketing Center account.
TO ADD EXISTING CONTACTS USING CRM TOOL:
- Log into your Agent Studio website's Control Panel.
- Click on the TOOLS tab from the Control Panel menu.
- Then click on the CRM tab from the side menu.
- Use search filters to scan your list of existing contacts
- Click the EDIT icon under the ACTIONS column to manage that contact's business profile.
- Locate the checkbox labeled ADD CONTACT TO MY MARKETING CENTER - check the box to automatically save the contact to your Agent Studio Marketing Center account.
- Click the SAVE CONTACT button to save the business profile updates and automatically save the contact to your Agent Studio Marketing Center account.
