The Agent Studio Marketing Center allows you to easily create marketing campaigns, which are targeted emails and engaging e-Newsletters that can be sent to any contact list saved to your Agent Studio Marketing Center Account.

TO CREATE A MARKETING CENTER CAMPAIGN:
- Log into your Agent Studio website's Control Panel.
- Click on the MARKETING CENTER tab from the TOOLS section of your Control Panel menu.
- A separate browser tab will open and direct you to the Agent Studio Marketing Center.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab from the left-hand side menu bar.
- Then click on the sub-option, CREATE NEW.
BUILD YOUR CAMPAIGN: STEP 1 CHOOSE THEME
You will be presented with a gallery of optional themes, including "Customizable Themes" and "Ready-To-Go Themes".
Click on the PREVIEW button under any option to see a full-size example of that theme.
Click on the thumbnail of any option to select that theme and move forward to Step 2.
BUILD YOUR CAMPAIGN: STEP 2 CREATE EMAIL
This step gives you the opportunity to view each element of the selected theme and finalize the marketing piece to form a complete email that will pass security check points and prevent your message from being marked as SPAM.
The SETTINGS control menu allows you to:
- Enter an Email Subject line.
- Select a background color for the Email Page.
- Select colors and fonts for the Email Content.
- Run a Spam Score test across all email elements.
The EMAIL BUILDER screen allows you to inspect each email element by hovering your cursor over blocks of text/images. Each block offers independent controls located in the upper right hand corner, including Delete, Edit and Sort.
Feel free to use these controls to edit the email's headline, main message, deals or other content.
TIP: Be sure to frequently click the SAVE button located within the Email Builder screen to save your customizations and build progress.
Click on the NEXT button at the top of the page to move forward to Step 3.
BUILD YOUR CAMPAIGN: STEP 3 CHOOSE RECIPIENTS
This step allows you to choose who will receive the customized email campaign by selecting either a Master List or Sub-List, which was generated based on the contacts you have added to your Agent Studio Marketing Center account.
Use the CHOOSE YOUR RECIPIENTS control menu to make your recipient selection.
Use the VIEWING LIST screen to review the individual contacts that have been included in your selected recipient list.
Then click on the NEXT button at the top of the page to move forward to Step 4.
BUILD YOUR CAMPAIGN: STEP 4 PREVIEW AND SEND
This step gives you the option to preview and test your email campaign before deploying it to your selected recipient list.
It also allows you to schedule the deployment of your campaign or save your work as a draft, which can be edited and scheduled for deployment at a later time.
PREVIEW YOUR EMAIL (OPTIONAL)
Click the PREVIEW EMAIL button to see a full size sample of your custom email campaign within your web browser.
Enter up to 5 email addresses and click the SEND TEST NOW button for the system to deploy a sample of your custom email campaign to those specified email accounts, allowing you to preview from within your email inbox.
SCHEDULE CAMPAIGN DEPLOYMENT
Enter the exact date and time for our system to deploy the campaign to your selected recipient list and then click the SCHEDULE button.
Or click the SAVE AS DRAFT button to save the campaign to your Marketing Center account, allowing you to make changes and/or schedule deployment at a later time.
