The Support Ticket method is intended for you to report technical issues impacting your Agent Studio website, as all other questions can be answered by utilizing the Agent Studio Help Center, attending an Agent Studio Academy course, or viewing Agent Studio Training Videos.
TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET:
- Log into your Agent Studio Website's Control Panel
- Click on the SUPPORT tab from the Control Panel menu.
- Then click on the HELP CENTER tab from the side menu.
- Scroll down the page to locate the Support Ticketing method.
- Then click the SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET button.
A new window will appear presenting you with a Support Ticket Submission Form. When completing this form, please be sure to include your full name (as it is registered with Agent Studio), email address, website address/URL and a detailed description of the technical issue(s) you're experiencing.
The more information you include in your support ticket, the better our Agent Studio Support Team can work to resolve it. If you do not include your name, email address and/or phone number, your Support Ticket cannot be serviced by the Agent Studio Support Team and will be removed from our work queue.
Support Tickets that are completed with valid contact information are addressed within 24-48 business hours. Depending on the complexity of the issue reported, our Tech and Support Teams may require additional time to properly handle and resolve your Support Ticket.
