In order to access your Agent Studio Website's Control Panel, you must login using a valid username (email address) and password.
The primary username associated with your Agent Studio website, also known as the Site Owner Email Address, is the email address you used when building your Agent Studio Website.
If you know the Site Owner Email Address, but not your existing password, please click on the RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD link displayed below the login fields from the Admin Access/Login page.
You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to register your Agent Studio Website and a new secure password will be emailed to you automatically. If you do not receive the email in your Inbox within 15 minutes, please be sure to check your SPAM or Junk Folders.
Before you use this new password to login, it's important that you clear your web browser's cache, cookies and history.
Please return to the Admin Access/Login page and manually enter (do not copy/paste) the newly assigned password into the appropriate login field.
Once you are able to sign in, you can change your password to one that you prefer by clicking the ADMIN/BILLING tab from the Control Panel menu and then selecting CHANGE PASSWORD.
You will be prompted to re-enter the system generated password and confirm your new password. Click the UPDATE PASSWORD button to save your changes.
Before you use your new password to log into your Agent Studio Website's Control Panel moving forward, it's important that you clear your web browser's cache, cookies and history.
If you're still unable to access your Control Panel after following these steps, please send an email to email@example.com containing your full name and Agent Studio Website Address/URL and an Agent Studio Support Team member will respond within 24-48 business hours.
