All Agent Studio website cancellations must be received and processed at least one week prior to your next monthly billing cycle, in order to avoid an additional charge to your account.
To cancel, simply log into your Agent Studio Website's Control Panel and click on the ADMIN/BILLING tab from the Control Panel menu, then select BILLING CENTER from the side menu.
Next, click the EDIT BILLING INFO button located within the Payment Info box.
Then click the REMOVE BILLING INFO button and save your changes.
Next, please contact the Agent Studio Support Department by email (our email address is available from the SUPPORT tab of the Control Panel menu) and request that your website be canceled.
Please be sure to include your full name (as it is registered to Agent Studio), the website address/URL of the Agent Studio website you wish to close and a valid phone number in your cancellation email notice.
If you currently submit payment through a Host Agency, you must notify them in addition to following the steps described above.
